Apparently, 2016 was the best year for Mini and Audi in terms of customer satisfaction, according to the newly-published J.D. Power and Associates report. Mini rose one level to make it to first, with Audi coming up from third among luxury vehicles last year. The study found that there were significantly less favorable opinions for recall vehicles, but that there were plenty of opportunities to raise customer service indexes at auto dealerships and, in turn, inspire more customer loyalty.
